De film is onderdeel van de officiële&nbsp;selectie voor de Studentencompetitie van het Nederlands Film Festival 2023 en het Blikvangers Film Festival 2023, en tweede prijswinnaar van het Twente Short filmfestival 2024.“Sammy is een olijke sinaasappel die in een blijkend perfecte wereld leeft.
